  • Hi,
    I was hoping to get a sample of your best whitening cream for the pigmentation on my hands and face and also your best lifting cream for sagging neck and face. These are my major concerns but I have sensitive skin.

  • Hello we understand the tremendous interest in Liquid Light. Unfortunately this is such a new product we do not have samples yet but in response to customer demand we are putting testers into ALL stores. As luck would have it we are also putting testers of Liquid Facelift into all stores. As we are small company and there are so many stockists this will take some time but our goal is to have it completed by the end of January....There is a sample of Liquid Facelift in the trial pack. The other option is that we stand by our commitment htat if you do not have a good experience with our products purchased over the web then call us so we can understand what has gone wrong and we will refund your money.
    
    I too have sensitive skin - actually I am allergic to LOTS of things. But everyone is different and we know you have to try it to see what is right for you this is why despite being an incredibly small company we are tryng our best to give people options to try our product and feel confident that our product is right for them.

  • Hello - I am in my late 40s & have just come across your range. I have an oily T-Zone and have blackheads. My skin is sensitive. What products do you suggest I try?
  • Hi Julie I too am in my late 40s and my skin is also sensitivie! The basics in our range are Liquid Detox and Liquid Facelift. We are getting excellent results with Liquid Detox evening skin tone and reducing blackheads. It leaves no residue on your skin and so should minimise irritation. I would look at using that day and night. The Liquid Facelift is our all in one moisturiser - which you can use day and night - although you would also need to use a sunscreen as this product has no SPF protection. The key to this product is that a little goes a long way and so one pump should do the job. This is non-greasy and we typically find that if people are getting problems with their skin it is because they are using too much product. You can then ad to the range if you have specific issues but this would be the minimum. Hope that helps. Enjoy!

  • Are your products non comodogenic? I have a sensitive, ruddy complextion which is prone to small breakouts but mainly blackheads so have to be very careful with what I use. Thank you
  • We have not done comodengenic testing but we are very aware of comogenic issues and take this into account in our formulation (and indeed I have double checked with our chemist just now). Anecdotally our customer tell us that they have exception results with the Liquid Detox in particular and that our treatments do not cause them to breakout. Everyone's skin is different however and that is why we have the trial kit to make it easy to try our products without a big investment so you will have peace of mind before purchasing the products.     As you have probably seen many of our most powerful natural actives are actually targetted at signs of ageing such as crows feet, sagging, and collagen loss that I am sure at your tender years you do not suffer from yet!
    
    You would not see as big a difference with our Liquid face-lift treatment as say someone who was in their forties would see.
    
    However many girls your age have enjoyed fantastic results with our targetted treatment products such as the Liquid Light (to help fade pigmentation) and even our Liquid Eyelift for dark circles.
    
    Your question did prompt me to have a quick look through our customer feedback and the POD products that are causing the biggest sensation with girls your age are our chemical-free tanner Liquid Tan, our make-up primer (Liquid Canvas) and our Liquid Detox.
    
    I would highly recommend the Detox to anyone in their 20s as it will really help prevent the signs of aging and because it uses enzymes rather than harsh exfoliants it gets really fantastic results without causing any damage to your young skin.

  • Are there any ingredients in your products that are deritives of petroleum?
    I am allergic to any petroleum products.
  • Hi Barbara. Absolutely not. Our products do NOT contain any petroleum derived ingredients. Our labels and philosophy page states that we do not use any mineral oils of which we classify petroleum derived ingredients as one. Our ingredients are on the whole derived from natural plant sources. We appreciate the importance of this question for you (as indeed it is for many consumers with known allergies) and all our labels also show the source of all our ingredients to help you control the decisions about what you put on your skin.     It depends upon what you are wanting to achieve. Liquid Light DOES NOT contain anti-wrinkle ingredients (specifically marine collagen and Syn-Coll (R) which are clinically proven to tighten and lift the skin. If you wanted to address hyperpigementation then you could use the Liquid Light in the morning (particularly as it has an SPF15 in it) and the Liquid Facelift in the evening. If you are not so concerned about wrinkles at this stage then Liquid Light would not only address hyper-pigmentation issues but has our synergy of ingredients which mimic healthy skin and would therefore completely moisturize and protect your skin.
