Questions on Liquid Tan Face Serum
- From Michelle Adkins-Brown at 22/11/11 10:33 AM
- When applying sunscreen, do you apply the Liquid Tan Face Serum first, wait and then apply the sunscreen?
- Hi Michelle - yes that is the best approach - but you will probably need to wait for the tan to start to develop first. Alternatively you could use the Liquid Tan Face Serum of an evening if you need to get going in the morning.

- Hi, Can you tell me if his product is comedegenic? Also, I have some hyperpigmentation. Does this product 'grab' in those spots? And would using a brightening product (obviously not applying at the same time) impact this fake tan?
Thanks
- Hi Elana -This is a serum - very light weight - and silky on the skin. We have not tested it for comedegenic but have absolutely taken this into account in formulating it as we felt that a light weight product was appropriate for the Australian climate. ALL fake tans will 'tan' the skin evenly so if you have hyper-pigmentation then it will darken equally all the skin including your pigmentation for 5 - 7 days. So yes your hyper pigmenation will be darker!
In terms of hyperpigmentation I would strongly suggest you try our SPF15 Liquid Light which we are getting extremely strong results within a few weeks. Once the hyperpigmentation is faded you can of course use a fake tan. Sunscreen of course is really really important to fighting future hyperpigmentation. Hope this helps! - Do you find this question helpful? Yes No

- Hi,I suffer from acne and rosacea(flushing of face)and was wanting to know if your liquid face tan is safe to use with these skin conditions,or will it potentially irritate and make it worse? Thanks. Justin
- Hi Justine - it is very hard for me to give you advice as I understand how difficult and frustratng rosacea can be and how anything can set off the skin. You will be able to check the label instore (and a summary is on our website) and see that the ingredients are incredibly gentle and hopefully you will know what your skin can tolerate. I am not sure whether your skin has tolerated tanning actives before. If it helps we offer a money back guarantee (both in store and on the website providing you retain proof of purchase) but I would definately do a patch test before trying. I hope this helps.
